Section 83
Suspension of promotion for two to five years or suspension of two to five salary increments
In any of the following cases, an employee may be punished with suspension of promotion for two to five years or suspension of two to five salary increments:-
(a) In case of indiscipline,
(b) In case of violation of the conduct mentioned in this Act and the rules made under this Act,
(c) If the submission is not made in accordance with the prevailing law,
(d) In case of absenteeism in equivalent office without taking prior approval.
